Blue Margarita's Mexican Bar & Grill

Esteban Pascual is living the American dream in Peoria. He fell in love with Peoria at first sight and moved here in 2008 years from Oaxaca, Mexico. The rich culture in Peoria instantly attracted him and he knew he wanted to be part of the community.

He started working at local restaurants and there he met Ricardo Martinez, who later would be his business partner. The two had a dream of one day owning their own restaurant. Their hard work paid off and years later they were in a partnership for their first restaurant, Blue Margaritas. Blue Margaritas was successful and allowed the partners to open other locations in and around the greater Peoria area.

Esteban continued his restaurant expansion by opening Molcajete Mexican Restaurant in Chillicothe. He encourages others to give Peoria a chance and take part in the growth of the city.
