Dement Town Music Fest Returns to Dixon – Year 3

The annual Dement Town Music Fest is back in Dixon for its third year, promising an afternoon and evening of live music, art, food, and community fun. The festival takes place on the 600 Block of Depot Avenue on Saturday, September 6, with gates opening at 2 p.m. and live performances running from 3 to 10 p.m.

Tickets: $15 in advance, $20 at the gate.

Music Lineup:

Cookie Bread Instrumental Music Co. | 3–3:45 p.m. – Original instrumental jams that are dynamic, clever, and full of energy to kick off the festival.

Hard Love | 4–5 p.m. – Dixon-based alt-rock/post-hardcore trio known for their raw power and driving melodies.

Desirée & The Wilde | 5:30–7:30 p.m. – Local country band blending modern hits with timeless classics, led by Nashville-born vocals.

On the Rocks | 8–10 p.m. – Groove-heavy southern rock with blues and outlaw country influences, closing the night with high-energy performances.

Festival Highlights: Live painting and artistic demonstrations, local vendors, and the neighborhood restaurants and bars provide food and drink.
