Downtown Springfield once again will celebrate New Year’s Eve with fireworks, entertainment, and fun for all. First Night®.
Ring in the New Year in Downtown Springfield. The festivities are held various venues from 12pm-8pm in Springfield. Enjoy some fun children's activities at the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum from 12pm-5pm. Union Square Park will host an ice-skating rink from 1pm-8pm. The Dana-Thomas House will have special open house tours with live music from 3pm-7pm. Catch a live performance at the Hooglaned Center for the Arts throughout the day. The fireworks spectacular starts at 8pm in Downtown Springfield.
