Graham Elliot Bistro

841 W Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60607

Restaurants

Opening its doors on Chicago’s fabled Randolph Street in 2012, Graham Elliot Bistro offers contemporary takes on American classics, and lives by the mantra of "less is more.” The menu focuses on the technique and craft rather than artistry, with each item created using just three main components. Comprised of a mix of updated American classics including share plates, chops, steaks and sides, the menu combines seasonally-driven ingredients with Old World techniques and is complemented by a beverage list of creative cocktails and an eclectic wine selection. The restaurant also offers brunch on Sunday mornings, featuring twists on American favorites. Situated in a historic, century-old building, Graham Elliot Bistro features a 60 seat dining room, floor-to-ceiling whitewashed brick walls, and an open kitchen. Additional seating is available in the hidden outdoor patio from May to October.
