The Honey Heist is a small meadery amidst the scenic Shawnee National Forest in the heart of Southern Illinois, just outside of downtown Cobden, and located on the Shawnee Hills Wine Trail. Many of the meads are semi-dry and semi-sweet. There is a mead for nearly every taste.
