Just outside of Chicago sits the Quincy Street Distillery, a trailblazing maker of historically-inspired spirits and the only malt rye whiskey in Illinois.
Quincy Street Distillery creates historically-inspired, handcrafted, artisanal spirits based on classic formulas with unique and distinctive expressions of taste. Come and experience the remarkable creations, and then taste and purchase these unique spirits to take home!
Tours of the distillery are available: Wednesday 5-9P, Friday 4-9P, Saturday 2-9P, and Sunday 12-6P. Guests are encouraged to end the tour with a handcrafted cocktail in the speakeasy bar, drawing out the unique flavor profiles of the spirits with a range of rotating seasonal drinks for every palate.
